The Coronavirus pandemic has been a very challenging for many people and so, when the Parish Council were approached by the Samaritans for support, we wanted to help. The Samaritans, like so many other support organisations, have not been able to hold fund raising events to help keep the Stafford Branch running and were finding increased contact from lonely people for support. Therefore, the Parish Councillors agreed to a donation of £100.00 and you can see the response letter received from the Samaritans here
