The Parish Council has been advised by Stafford Borough Council that, from 1 January 2021, there will be an annual charge of £36.00 for all residents who wish to continue to have their brown bins emptied. All residents will have to sign up to receive the brown bin collection service.
For your information – the collection of green waste, via the brown bin is not a statutory service and last year Stafford Borough Council announced that they would be introducing a charge. All residents should receive information about this change directly from Stafford Borough Council shortly.
